STEP ONE: Place an order
Holds can be placed through our website (www.publiclibrary.org), by phone (270-825-2680), or by e-mail (bookmobile@publiclibrary.org).
STEP TWO: Make an appointment for pickup
Staff will contact you for a pickup appointment. Curbside pickup will be available Tuesday-Friday from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
STEP THREE: Pick up your order
Arrive at your prearranged pickup time and follow the signs in our parking lot for pickup location and instructions. Library users will be required to stay inside their vehicles when staff come outside. Handicap-accessible accommodations can be made in advance when arranging a pickup time.
RETURNS:
Returns are NOT accepted at pickup. They can be made ONLY in the drop box at the Main/Branch Libraries or at other Madisonville drop locations.
