Dates to Remember

• Registration Opens July 31
• Submission Deadline is August 29th
• Voting period is August 30th – September 12
• Judging and Winners announcement is September 12th @ 1pm

Rules and Submission Guidelines

• • 1 entry per person
  • Must spotlight a particular book or book series
  • Free boxes available at HCMPL while supplies last OR use your own box.
  • Diorama must be family friendly
  • No perishable food allowed in diorama
  • No submissions will be allowed after August 29th
  • Voting will be done by ballot box in the library between August 30th – September 12th
  • Entry forms must be submitted along with the diorama to the Hopkins County-Madisonville Public Library
