Dates to Remember

• Registration Opens July 31
• Submission Deadline is August 30
• Voting period is September 2-5
• Judging and Winners announcement is September 6th 2-3pm

Rules and Submission Guidelines

• 1 entry per person
• Must spotlight a particular book or book series
• Must be assembled in the box provided by the library (box available at the library circulation desk)
• Diorama must be family friendly
• No perishable food allowed in diorama
• No submissions will be allowed after August 30th
• Voting will be done by ballot box in the library between September 2-5
• Entry forms must be submitted along with the diorama to the Hopkins County-Madisonville Public Library
