How do I get a library card?
Click here for policies about library card eligibility, checkout limits, and renewals. You can register for an HCMPL library card at either the Main Library in Madisonville, or at the Dawson Springs Branch.
Where can I return the items I’ve checked out?
All items can be returned at either location. During open hours, items can be returned at the circulation desk or the book drops located at either branch. When the Library is closed, items can be returned at the book drops at either branch. Book drops are also located at Sureway and Marketplace in Madisonville. Does the library have a meeting room?
